You have 30 days after receiving your product to reports damages, short supplies, incorrect orders, product issues, request an exchange or request a refund.
Damages, Short Supply, Order & Product IssuesAfter receiving your product please contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, shorts supplied or if you receive the wrong product so that we can remedy the situation
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsWe do not accept any embellished product (printed or embroidered) that has been supplied where the customer has supplied incorrect sizing, colour selection, players names/ numbers or errors in supplied artwork.
ExchangesTo be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it. The product needs to be unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Please contact us via email to request an exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with the process to get the correct product back to us.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please take into consideration the banks take time to process refunds.
